Refund Policy

When you shop with us, we want you to be completely satisfied.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days for an exchange or a refund for the purchase price of products only (The software must be un-activated before it can be refunded or exchanged).

If you purchase your product(s) and it states they have an electronic delivery (Download Version) method or download, you will receive the required product/license key in an email the same day your order is confirmed.


Please note:

  • There will be a 10% restocking fee for incomplete returns.
  • Software must be un-activated before it can be refunded or exchanged.
  • If you do not receive your product in a timely manner or are unable to use your product for any reason, we will try to fix it for you. Just call us or send us an email.
  • If applicable - unused portions of your order can be returned for a refund.

 

Refunds can be processed within one week (this is a minimal period). As you should know, money transfer between the banks takes time (3-4 business days), so, please, be patient. After having received a refund you must delete all software and files you received from our Store and our support team. Refunds will only be issued if you provide us with a copy of your invoice and the keys are unused.
