If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, simply contact our customer service team to solve your problem within the first 30 days after the purchase (how to get help from the support team, please visit the contact us page.

Refunds can be issued in the following cases:
- You have problems with installation and they cannot be solved by Support team during a long period of time;
- Software cannot be downloaded due to technical issues;
- You do not need the software (applies only in case if the software has not been downloaded) - software does not work properly (You should make a screen shot, so we can figure out the problem) and it has not been fixed by the Support team;
- Other reasons, which cannot be handled by our Support team;
-If the same software has been ordered more than one time.
Refunds can be processed within one week (this is a minimal period). As you should know, money transfer between the banks takes time, so, please, be patient;
After having received a refund you must delete all software and files you received from our Store and our support team;
Refunds will only be issued if we are provided with invoice you got after a successful order and the software must be un-avtivated.

In no event will ZSK Media be liable for any damages in excess of the fees paid by you in connection with your use of the site during the six month period preceding the date on which the claim arose.
